Position Overview C12 is seeking an experienced, structured Project Manager to lead planning and reporting across two concurrent, strategically critical projects on behalf of the Loren Hotels senior leadership team. Reporting to the Head of Hotel Management, this role carries accountability for the successful integration of a newly acquired hotel property and the pre-opening of a new luxury Loren Hotels development in Turks & Caicos. The ideal candidate brings deep project management discipline, hospitality experience, and the executive presence to interface directly with senior leadership - translating complex, multi-workstream projects into clear, consistent visibility through weekly reporting against critical path milestones. Responsibilities The Project Manager will own planning and reporting across two concurrent engagements: the integration and brand conversion of a newly acquired hotel property, and the pre-opening of a new Loren Hotels development in Turks & Caicos. Across both projects, the core responsibilities will include: Project Planning:
Build and maintain master project plans across two concurrent engagements, defining milestones, mapping dependencies, sequencing workstreams, and establishing critical path timelines from initiation through delivery. Workstream Management :
Drive cross-functional execution across operations, HR, sales & marketing, F&B, finance, and IT - setting clear ownership, coordinating across teams that don't share a reporting line, and keeping parallel workstreams moving in sync. Schedule & Risk Management:
Proactively identify schedule risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate blockers early - maintaining an accurate and current view of critical path status across all active workstreams at all times. Budget & Financial Tracking:
Track project budgets, capital expenditure, and pre-opening spend across both engagements - providing regular variance reporting to senior leadership and flagging issues before they become problems. Stakeholder Reporting:
Produce and own a weekly project dashboard for the Head of Hotel Management and senior C12 leadership, clearly categorizing milestone status and ensuring leadership has timely, accurate visibility to make decisions. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination:
Manage delivery timelines and accountability for external vendors, contractors, and consultants across both projects - including systems providers, construction teams, and immigration and legal counsel. Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in hospitality, real estate, or multi-site operations Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects with cross-functional teams, including holding teams accountable across organizational boundaries without direct authority Proven ability to build and manage project budgets, track capital expenditure, and deliver regular variance reporting to senior leadership Strong command of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) and tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with C-suite leadership Results-oriented, with strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and perform under ambiguity Discretion and executive presence commensurate with the level of senior stakeholder interaction this role requires Ability to travel to Turks & Caicos, Texas, New York, and other locations as needed Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in hotel acquisitions, brand conversions, or management company transitions Familiarity with major hotel PMS platforms (Opera, Maestro, Mews, etc.) Background in hotel operations, asset management, or real estate development PMP certification or equivalent credential Compensation and Benefits Medical, dental, vision and 401(k) PTO and paid holidays and sick time $110,000-$130,000 Salary + Performance bonus, commensurate with experience Travel reimbursements
