We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lodge Director to oversee the daily operations of our residential programs. Position Summary The Lodge Director is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and quality of care within assigned residential lodges. This role ensures a safe, supportive environment for residents while leading staff, maintaining compliance, and promoting high standards of care. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of residential lodges Supervise, coach, and support Lodge Managers and staff Ensure quality care, safety, and well-being of all residents Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency policies (DDD, DHS) Coordinate with Nursing and other departments for resident care Monitor staffing, schedules, and timekeeping Lead staff training, performance management, and disciplinary actions Maintain accurate documentation, including ISPs and resident records Serve as a liaison with families, agencies, and community partners Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Sociology, or related field Minimum 2 years of management experience Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Requirements Ability to pass background checks in accordance with NJ Department of Human Services Compliance with Central Registry and Child Abuse Registry requirements Pre-employment and random drug screening Ability to complete required trainings Why Join Us?
