In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between patients and our dental professionals, ensuring seamless communication, treatment planning, and financial coordination. Your proactive approach will help patients navigate their dental care journey with confidence and clarity, fostering trust and satisfaction at every step. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and scheduling appointments efficiently. Collaborate with dental providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Manage patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with health regulation policies. Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits, and assist patients with insurance claims and billing processes. Educate patients on their treatment procedures, payment options, and post-treatment care instructions. Coordinate with the dental team to ensure timely delivery of services and follow-up appointments. Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology, health regulations, and insurance policies to support smooth administrative operations. Qualifications Proven experience in a medical or dental office environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare administrative processes. Knowledge of health regulation policies and compliance standards related to patient privacy and safety. Proficiency in Dentrix management systems. Strong knowledge of health insurance plans, benefits, and claims processing procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to patients. Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly preferred. $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
