Salary:
$120,000•$160,000 + Full Benefits + Possible Relocation Assistance Lead a high-performing Ambulatory Surgery Center United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead operations at a state-of-the-art multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center in Albuquerque, NM. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians, surgical teams, and executive leadership while driving operational excellence, patient experience, quality outcomes, and financial performance.
The center includes:
8 Operating Rooms 1 Treatment Room Multispecialty surgical services including ENT, General Surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Dental & Oral Surgery What you'll be responsible for Lead daily ASC operations across clinical, operational, and business functions Partner closely with physicians, governing boards, and leadership teams Manage budgets, staffing plans, operational performance, and financial goals Support quality improvement, patient safety, infection control, and accreditation readiness Oversee workforce planning, employee performance, and vendor relationships Drive operational efficiency and service line growth initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership or senior administrative experience Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience strongly preferred Hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure also considered Experience managing budgets and operational performance Strong physician relationship and communication skills Why join USPI Nationally recognized ASC platform backed by Tenet Healthcare Executive leadership opportunity with strong physician collaboration High-impact operational leadership role Growth-oriented and quality-focused organization Competitive compensation and full benefits package Apply today If you have ASC leadership experience or surgical services operational leadership and are ready to lead a high-performing surgery center, apply today for immediate consideration.
