Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead and oversee our specialized youth and family programs. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate clinical services, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and adolescents . Your leadership will foster a supportive environment that promotes healing, growth, and stability for youth with complex behavioral health needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health. Duties Provide clinical oversight for programs, ensuring services align with evidence-based practices. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists, case managers, and support personnel, fostering professional development and adherence to clinical protocols. Able to oversee comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing patient assessments to tailor individualized treatment plans. Oversee crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure immediate and effective responses to urgent situations. Collaborate with families, schools, community agencies, and medical providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans that support the child's well-being. Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and data security. Ensure the integrity of therapy sessions, child & family counseling, and psychotherapy interventions designed to address trauma and mental health challenges and that all clinical activities meet regulatory standards. Experience Proven experience working with children/youth in a behavioral health or mental health settings; home & community care experience preferred. Strong background in crisis intervention and crisis management. Demonstrated expertise in assessing individuals with mental health diagnosis. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and hospital or clinical research environments is highly desirable. Experience conducting intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments using ICD coding systems (ICD-10/ICD-9), and managing patient care plans within a social work or clinical counseling framework. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy and medical documentation standards is essential. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while maintaining a motivational approach that encourages continuous improvement. Join us in transforming lives through compassionate leadership! Requirements :
Independently licensed in NM in mental health/social work field at master's level.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
