As a Regional Clinical Operations Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping clinical excellence, empowering staff, and driving operational success across our New Mexico region. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong teams, and is passionate about improving systems that directly impact client care. Required Credentials BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • this is non-negotiable for clinical oversight Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field 🌟 What You'll Do Lead with Purpose & Strategy Provide support for school cases and our school team Oversee a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Program Supervisors, RBTs, and operations staff across your region Drive initiatives that elevate clinical integrity, streamline operations, and strengthen team support Partner with leadership to ensure alignment, consistency, and strong outcomes across all locations Adapt quickly to evolving needs and help shape the future of Finni's growth Empower & Develop Your Team Mentor interns Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to coach, support, and stay connected with your team Lead performance management efforts focused on growth, accountability, and success Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of team members Foster a positive, collaborative culture where staff feel supported and motivated Champion Clinical Excellence Analyze cancellation and utilization data and problem-solve Get with our team on solutions connected to excessive cancellations Monitor clinical quality, documentation, and compliance using internal systems Conduct monthly onsite visits to provide hands-on support and strengthen team connection Model best practices by participating in sessions and guiding clinical teams Ensure high-quality care through session observations and feedback Develop smart caseload strategies to optimize care delivery Drive Operational Success Improve workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and client experience Oversee client intake, onboarding, authorizations, and scheduling Monitor daily operations and proactively address challenges Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for both clients and staff 💡 What You Bring Strong leadership experience in ABA, healthcare, or clinical operations A passion for building teams, developing people, and driving results Exceptional organization and attention to detail Experience managing operations and improving systems Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making Excellent communication skills across all levels Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace and ability to learn new systems quickly 🚀 Why Finni?
