Director of ICU HiredFirst Las Cruces, NM Job Details Full-time $125,000 - $150,000 a year 6 days ago Qualifications RN License Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in nursing Full Job Description A hospital in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a senior-level Director of ICU to provide leadership and oversight for its intensive care unit. This is an in-person, on-site role requiring a qualified registered nurse with a strong background in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership. The role. The Director of ICU is responsible for leading the intensive care unit's day-to-day operations, driving quality initiatives, and developing a high-performing clinical team. This position requires close collaboration across departments to ensure consistent standards of patient care delivery and operational effectiveness within the ICU setting. What we're looking for. Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required Seven years of healthcare experience with at least three years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) strongly preferred Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred Experience building a team focused on quality initiatives
