About Enchanted Minds Behavioral Health Enchanted Minds Behavioral Health is a growing mental health agency providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy services throughout New Mexico. Our team is committed to collaborative, innovative, and client-centered care. Responsibilities Provide weekly or bi-weekly supervision to clinicians Monitor clinician productivity, documentation compliance, and caseloads Audit charts and address clinical or scheduling concerns Support staff development through training and feedback Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services and maintain an active caseload Complete documentation, treatment plans, and diagnosis updates within required timelines Collaborate with community providers, schools, families, and healthcare professionals Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to build referral relationships Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, insurance, and company standards Stay current with licensure requirements, policies, and professional development opportunities This summary reflects the primary duties of the role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. Must have active independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or LPAT). Must have two years post-independent licensure experience. One year supervisory experience preferred. Must obtain and maintain supervisory designation from NM RLD for both Counseling and Social Work Boards. Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes. Required experience with children, adolescents, teens and/or adults. E?ective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems. Must be able to be credentialled and contracted with insurance panels for commercial and Medicaid plans. Must pass a CYFD background check.
