We are looking for a licensed LCSW who is also a Nevada Board approved clinical supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves clinical leadership, enjoys mentoring therapists and interns, and wants to help shape the future of a mission driven behavioral health practice. Our clinical supervisor will help guide quality care, strengthen documentation and compliance, support therapist development, and create a healthy clinical culture where clients and clinicians can thrive. Daily Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to therapists and clinical interns Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes for quality and compliance Support therapists with case consultation, clinical decision making, and ethical practice Conduct or support psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations when needed Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy services based on clinical need and caseload structure Assist with crisis support, safety planning, and risk assessment when appropriate Support clinical workflows, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes Provide guidance on treatment planning, clinical interventions, and client progress Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical operations and client care Help create a supportive, professional, and growth oriented culture for the clinical team Support interns and associate level clinicians in developing confidence, competence, and strong clinical judgment Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical development initiatives Required Skills Active Nevada LCSW license in good standing Nevada Board approved clinical supervisor status Active Nevada Medicaid apporved provider Experience providing clinical supervision or strong readiness to supervise within board requirements Strong understanding of outpatient mental health services Experience working with children, teens, families, adults, or couples Knowledge of biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and clinical documentation standards Ability to support therapists with ethical decision making and clinical judgment Strong understanding of trauma informed care Comfortable using electronic health record systems Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to balance clinical compassion with professional accountability Commitment to client centered, family focused, and culturally responsive care Clinical Social Work Nice to Have Skills Experience supervising interns or associate level clinicians Experience working in a private practice or outpatient behavioral health setting Experience with Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements Experience with SimplePractice or similar electronic health record systems Background in child and adolescent therapy Experience with family therapy, parent coaching, or couples therapy Experience developing clinical training materials, policies, or workflows Experience leading clinical meetings, case consultations, or team development Interest in helping grow programs, groups, and community based services
