Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients while creating a warm and welcoming experience for families Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently to support daily office flow Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial information and treatment coordination Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain professional communication Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance standards are met Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous dental, orthodontic, pediatric, or medical front office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental practice management software is preferred Dependable team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
