Job Description
Mantro Mobile Imaging is seeking a highly motivated Director of Clinical Operations to help lead and scale a rapidly growing mobile diagnostic imaging organization serving post-acute care providers. This leadership role oversees daily operations across multiple service lines including mobile X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiography, and vascular access services. The Director will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen operational systems, support referral growth, and ensure high-quality patient care delivery. The position requires a hands-on healthcare operations leader who is comfortable managing clinical teams, coordinating intake and dispatch operations, and supporting administrative and billing workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of mobile diagnostic imaging services
- Coordinate field technologists and contractors across multiple service regions
- Supervise operational workflows including intake, scheduling, dispatch, and exam coordination
- Support referral growth by maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities
- Monitor operational performance including exam turnaround times and service volume
- Assist with billing coordination and ensure clinical documentation supports revenue cycle processes
- Work with administrative staff to improve workflow efficiency and operational systems
