Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a Primary Care Clinic. This vital role combines administrative excellence with team leadership, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. Your leadership will foster a positive workplace culture while managing essential office functions, vendor relationships, and financial processes. Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and patient scheduling to ensure seamless patient flow and excellent service. Supervise administrative staff, providing training, development opportunities, and ongoing support to foster a motivated and efficient team. Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure all resources are available and functioning optimally. Handle invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking to maintain accurate financial records. Oversee human resources functions including onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel files, managing employee records, and supporting compliance with employment laws. Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies to keep the clinic financially healthy. Facilitate training sessions on office procedures, phone etiquette, communication skills, and organizational best practices to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or healthcare administration within a medical or clinical setting. Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in team management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, patients, and healthcare providers. Knowledge of human resources practices including payroll processing and employee development. Strong attention to detail. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
