Value Analysis Manager | Healthcare Operations 🚨 We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Value Analysis Manager to lead initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes while reducing costs across a large healthcare system. This role serves as a key partner between clinical, operational, supply chain, and executive leadership teams to evaluate products, services, and processes that enhance patient care and organizational efficiency. 🔹 Position Summary The Value Analysis Manager is responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing cost-saving opportunities related to clinical products, supplies, equipment, services, and operational processes. This role leverages data analytics, evidence-based practice, and stakeholder collaboration to drive value-based decisions that improve quality, standardization, and financial performance. 🔹 Required Qualifications- Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of progressive clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a hospital setting
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) 🔹 Additional Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with hospital supply chain processes and clinical product evaluation
- Experience analyzing clinical, operational, and financial data to support decision-making
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with evidence-based clinical decision-making and product standardization initiatives 🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare Value Analysis certification
- Lean Six Sigma certification or training
- Experience leading multidisciplinary product evaluation committees
- Knowledge of healthcare contracting and supply utilization strategies 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement cost-reduction and value-improvement opportunities across clinical departments
- Evaluate products, supplies, equipment, and services using evidence-based methodologies
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, supply chain, finance, and operational teams
- Analyze utilization, spend, and outcome data to support strategic recommendations
- Lead product standardization and utilization management initiatives
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed changes
- Monitor project outcomes and ensure sustainable improvements
