Value Analysis Manager | Healthcare Operations 🚨 We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Value Analysis Manager to lead initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes while reducing costs across a large healthcare system. This role serves as a key partner between clinical, operational, supply chain, and executive leadership teams to evaluate products, services, and processes that enhance patient care and organizational efficiency. πŸ”Ή Position Summary The Value Analysis Manager is responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing cost-saving opportunities related to clinical products, supplies, equipment, services, and operational processes. This role leverages data analytics, evidence-based practice, and stakeholder collaboration to drive value-based decisions that improve quality, standardization, and financial performance. πŸ”Ή Required Qualifications
  • Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive clinical experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a hospital setting
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) πŸ”Ή Additional Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with hospital supply chain processes and clinical product evaluation
  • Experience analyzing clinical, operational, and financial data to support decision-making
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with evidence-based clinical decision-making and product standardization initiatives πŸ”Ή Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare Value Analysis certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or training
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary product evaluation committees
  • Knowledge of healthcare contracting and supply utilization strategies πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction and value-improvement opportunities across clinical departments
  • Evaluate products, supplies, equipment, and services using evidence-based methodologies
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, supply chain, finance, and operational teams
  • Analyze utilization, spend, and outcome data to support strategic recommendations
  • Lead product standardization and utilization management initiatives
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed changes
  • Monitor project outcomes and ensure sustainable improvements
