Key Leadership Responsibilities Provide administrative and clinical leadership for Surgical Services and assigned nursing areas Develop, implement, and evaluate hospital-wide nursing and clinical care programs Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered perioperative care Lead quality improvement initiatives and performance measurement programs Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Support regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and best practices Foster professional development, engagement, and accountability within nursing teams
Ideal Candidate Background Required:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of practice) BLS (AHA) certification (current or upon hire) ACLS (AHA) certification (current or upon hire) Minimum 5 years of acute care nursing experience Demonstrated leadership capability in clinical or perioperative settings
Preferred:
