- Stateline, NV 89449 Quick Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Quick Apply Description One to One Health is looking for a Health Care Manager (RN) to support our care team at Harrahs /Caesars Republic in Lake Tahoe!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for the day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the assigned clinic and all its employees. Ensure staff is working productively and professionally.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of time sheets and approving prior to payroll deadlines.
- Responsible for ensuring patient needs are met. Monitors patient feedback and leads the process of resolving complaints and service.
- Monitor patient through-put, wait times and satisfaction; implement/evaluate improvement projects as necessary.
- Responsible for the coordination of all clinical services including but not limited to patient access, scheduling, EMR management and supply management.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA.
- Serve as on-site resource to support patients, staff and providers and train new team members.
- Ensure that office facilities and equipment are well maintained.
- Communicate effectively and immediately to management regarding site and staff issues, including escalating staff patient or facility issues.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews, feedback and disciplinary action.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy.
- Proficient in basic technology (Microsoft products, etc).
- Ability or willingness to learn basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions
- Ability to concentrate, think, and learn
- Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Highschool degree or equivalent required, Associates degree in related field preferred
- Two years of medical office experience
- Working knowledge of outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling
- Willing to travel between multiple sites
- BLS Certified
- Active LPN or RN License preferred
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office, outpatient setting preferred.
