$25+ /hour, based on experience Join Our Growing Psychiatry Practice! At Evolve Psychiatry, we are committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care in a supportive and professional environment. Our practice specializes in outpatient psychiatric services, including medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato treatment. We are a busy and compassionate psychiatry practice seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming calls, scheduling, and appointment confirmations Verify insurance Appointment reminder calls Collect copayments and assist with billing processes Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care Other clerical duties as assigned to support the smoother operation of the practice
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate's degree encouraged 12 years of experience in a medical office setting required Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a strong plus Medical Assistant (MA) experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Compassionate, professional, and detailoriented Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations
