Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and patient-focused Care Team Coordinator to become part of our healthcare team in Beacon, NY. This role combines front-desk coordination, patient communication, and clinical support responsibilities to help keep daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate patient visits and maintain provider schedules Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and appointment needs Help facilitate communication between patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies Obtain and update patient demographic and insurance information Support clinical staff with basic patient intake duties, including obtaining vital signs Enter and maintain accurate patient documentation within the electronic charting system Assist with general administrative and operational tasks throughout the office
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience working in a medical practice or healthcare office environment Background in patient coordination, front desk healthcare support, medical assisting, or similar roles preferred Comfortable using electronic health record systems, preferable eClinicalWorks (eCW) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and remain professional in a busy setting Team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on patient service
Position Details:
