  • Full-time We're seeking an experienced Medical Billing Office Manager to lead our billing team and oversee all aspects of our billing operations in our Bellmore, NY office.
What You'll Do Lead, coach, and hold billing staff accountable for performance, professionalism, and productivity Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and address performance issues promptly Manage daily workload distribution to ensure efficient and timely billing operations Monitor denials, appeals, and A/R follow-up specific Train and onboard billing staff Liaise with clients and insurance companies Report billing performance metrics to Company leadership What We're Looking For 3+ years of medical billing experience with hands-on NYS Workers' Comp billing Demonstrated success leading and managing a billing team, including performance management Familiarity with MedicareNYS WCB fee schedules and medical treatment guidelines Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits$28
