Job Description
Overview Life Choices Center is a faith-based, nonprofit organization committed to serving individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and respect. The Healthy Choices Program Director provides leadership, oversight, and operational management of Life Choices Center's Healthy Choices Program, including the New York State 1115 Waiver Food Voucher Program and nutrition education services. This position is responsible for program operations, community partnerships, compliance, financial oversight, staff supervision, and program growth while ensuring services are delivered with excellence and compassion. Reports To Executive Director Supervises Registered Dietitian Program support staff, volunteers, and interns as assigned Schedule Full-time, up to 35 hours per week (onsite) Qualifications Commitment to the mission, values, and Christian principles of Life Choices Center. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent leadership and program management experience. Experience in program management, healthcare administration, nonprofit leadership, social services, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated supervisory and team leadership experience. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Experience building and maintaining community partnerships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
