What You'll DoLead PeopleSupervise, coach, mentor, and develop Direct Support Professionals across all shiftsFoster a positive, accountable, and engaged team cultureProvide ongoing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help staff grow professionallyServe as a visible and accessible leader within the residenceDrive Quality ServicesEnsure high-quality, person-centered supports that promote independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusionPartner with families, clinical teams, and interdisciplinary professionals to achieve meaningful outcomesMonitor service delivery to ensure individual needs, preferences, and goals are consistently metManage OperationsOversee staffing, scheduling, payroll review, call-out management, and daily program operationsEnsure appropriate staffing coverage and continuity of careMaintain a safe, organized, and welcoming home environmentEnsure Compliance and ExcellenceMaintain compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, billing requirements, safeguards, Life Plans, and documentation standardsPrepare for and participate in audits, surveys, and quality assurance activitiesIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions proactivelyWhat You BringBachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)35 years of experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesAt least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in residential, healthcare, or community-based servicesStrong working knowledge of OPWDD regulations, person-centered planning, and quality service deliveryExceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities while remaining calm, organized, and solutions-focusedValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhat Sets You ApartYou are a leader who earns trust through action.
