To provide clinical supervision to team members who are part of interdisciplinary team of mental and addiction clinicsEssential Accountabilities:
Provide clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team members to assure effective and appropriate clinical services are being provided. manage day to day operations of clinic. Provide direct care services by carrying caseload, perform intakes and facilitating individual and group sessions. Assist in leading team meetings to review new, high risk and current cases. Monitor paperwork to assure OMH and OASAS guidelines are being met. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Coordinate care with other services/agencies. Complete timely documentation in electronic health record. Maintain 42CFR, HIPPA and HIV confidentiality on all current and former patients of the agency. Obtain and maintain certifications and required licenses. Attend agency mandated trainings. Perform additional tasks as assigned by Program Director Job Qualifications LCSW, LMHC orLMSW, LMHC-D
with relatedMASTER'S
