Job Description

Well-established behavioral health agency is seeking an experienced Social Worker to act as a Clinical Director for its outpatient clinics in Far Rockaway, Queens, New York.
The supervisor is responsible for:
(a) maintaining the quality and effectiveness of clinical services (b) oversees direct staff and a range of administrative tasks related to clinical operations (c) maintains OMH regulatory compliance (d) oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of all program operations (e) responsible for continuous improvement of program components including but not limited to policy and procedures, staff training, and maximizing productivity. Experience with an outpatient (Article 31) OMH-licensed mental health clinics is an absolute MUST. Familiarity with OMH Part 599 regulations and standards of care will lead to stronger consideration. Spanish speaking is a plus. Substance Abuse experience is a plus Flexible hours are required. Health care and 401K plan
