Leadership & Culture Architecture Transformational Leadership:
Deliver trauma-informed supervision to foster psychological safety, high morale, and reduced burnout.
Culture Architect:
Foster inclusive, family-centric, and trauma-sensitive residential environments to catalyze holistic growth.
Continuum of Care:
Oversee screenings, admissions, discharges, and individualized goal-oriented assessments.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Participate in treatment planning conferences to champion resident advocacy and continuity of care.
Strategic Operations & Stakeholder Engagement Local Stakeholder Engagement:
Represent the agency at county Adult Single Point of Access (A-SPOA) and SPA committee meetings to streamline local mental health service delivery.
Executive Impact:
Drive operational excellence, optimize service delivery, and secure long-term fiscal viability.
Fiscal Stewardship:
Partner with the AVP to engineer and monitor program budgets, corporate expenditures, and petty cash.
Talent & Workforce Development:
Recruit, retain, and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team via continuous professional frameworks.
Adaptive Leadership:
Execute strategic responsibilities to remain agile in the evolving behavioral healthcare landscape.
Qualifications Education:
Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent graduate degree required.
Licensure:
LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC highly preferred.
Clinical Experience:
Minimum 5 years serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
Leadership Acumen:
Minimum 3 years of progressive supervisory and administrative management experience.
Operational Mobility:
Valid and clean driver's license required for cross-site leadership.
Additional Information Crisis Responsiveness:
Must have availability for emergency on-call rotations and flexible scheduling.
