• Seneca Lake Full-Time | Year-Round | Finger Lakes, NY About Us Domaine LeSeurre is a family-owned winery founded by Céline and Sébastien LeSeurre, French winemakers from a sixth-generation Champagne family.

After more than a decade building our original estate on Keuka Lake, we are opening our second location: 1487 Heritage, a new hospitality-focused estate on Seneca Lake. We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to help lead the guest experience at 1487 Heritage and set the standard for warmth, professionalism, service, and attention to detail. This is a key leadership role in a growing two-location winery operation. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team, stays calm and organized on busy days, and knows how to turn a guest visit into a memorable experience. What You'll Do As Hospitality Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day guest experience at our new Seneca Lake location. You will work closely with ownership and the Tasting Room Manager to create a welcoming, polished, and efficient environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the guest experience from arrival to departure Set the tone, pace, and service standards for the tasting room and event spaces Support and coordinate tasting room associates during service Assign sections, guide the floor, and step in wherever needed Host tastings and guide guests through our wines and winery story Present wine club membership naturally and help drive sign-ups Manage reservations, private groups, and larger parties Help coordinate private events and special guest experiences Maintain cleanliness, presentation, bar stock, and overall readiness of the space Coordinate with food service on pairings and guest needs Train and onboard new staff on service standards, wine knowledge, and hospitality expectations Handle guest feedback and difficult situations with professionalism and care What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality mindset and the ability to lead by example.

Ideal qualifications:

Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, tasting room, or service management Strong service background with readiness to step into a leadership role A genuine love of people and creating welcoming experiences Ability to lead a team and stay calm during busy weekends Strong communication and organization skills Interest in wine and willingness to continue learning Formal wine training is a plus, but not required Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented Must be 21 years or older to pour and serve alcohol in New York State Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Schedule & Location Weekend availability is required. Our busiest days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This role requires year-round weekend availability, with the heaviest hours during the summer and fall seasons.
