Greets patients with a friendly demeanor Computer Knowledge- MEDENT EMR Answering a multi line phone system with professional phone etiquette Scheduling/Referring patients for tests/outside facilities Scanning Medical records into chart Retrieving medical records from outside healthcare facilities Faxing Processing daily mail Medical Terminology Medical office experience a must Able to multi task as well as being a team player
