Job Description
Advanced Dermatology is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated nursing leader to oversee clinical operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered dermatology practice. We are a privately owned, family-oriented practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support clinical staff Assist with training new employees Conduct staff evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development Monitor patient flow and clinical efficiency Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with office policies Oversee clinical procedures, specimen handling, and infection control practices Manage clinical inventory and equipment needs Assist with patient concerns and clinical problem-solving Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve workflows and patient satisfaction Other tasks/ duties assigned by Dr.
