Per Diem Department:
Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to staff delivering in-home and community-based services to Medicaid enrolled youth ages 0-21 under the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services program. The Clinical Supervisor provides trauma-informed individual and group supervision, supports clinical quality and documentation, and provides training and consultation to staff within the CFTSS program. Department New Directions' Children and Family Treatment and Support Services program provides in-home and community-based mental health services to children and families. Services are designed to support youth in their homes and communities, strengthen family systems, and improve emotional and behavioral functioning. Pay and Benefits Starting Pay:
$53.75 - $59.26 per hour
Per-Diem:
Approximately 5 hours per week Hours/Schedule Per-Diem Flexible schedule based on staff supervision needs Professional Development Opportunities New Directions supports professional growth through collaboration, leadership opportunities, and involvement in program development and clinical quality improvement. Position Specific Duties/Responsibilities Provide regularly scheduled individual supervision to assigned staff. Facilitate group supervision and clinical consultation as needed. Review documentation to ensure quality of services and compliance. Support Children's Mental Health Clinicians with evaluations and diagnoses as appropriate. Collaborate with Program Supervisors and Directors regarding staff and program needs. Support implementation and fidelity of evidence-based practices. Review outcome measures and coach staff on improvement strategies. Support staff in achieving productivity and billing expectations. Attend required in-service trainings. Maintain a flexible schedule based on supervisee availability. Follow agency policies, procedures, and normative culture. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work effectively with staff, youth, families, and community partners from diverse backgrounds. Strong clinical supervision, leadership, and coaching skills. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practice. Strong documentation and quality improvement skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license, adequate auto insurance, and compliance with agency driving policies. Ability to pass annual physical for Category 1 job classification. Must have access to a computer and internet for documentation. Qualifications Must be one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Psychologist Licensed Psychiatrist Licensed Psychoanalyst Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
