Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RN with Homecare and training experience to manage the organizations quality and education programs. This is a pivotal role involving the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of training programs for clinical and PCA/HHA staff as well as management of agency quality and compliance programs. Rate:
$90,000-$100,000 Essential Job Duties Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Improvement Plans that drive sustained performance improvement. Manage compliance by ongoing monitoring of compliance indicators, chart audits and staff training. Lead QAPI activities, prepare and present findings at committee meetings. Develop, implement and evaluate orientation and training activities for all staff. Monitor new staff during their orientation program and ensure all training is completed within the time frame. Conduct HHA/PCA training. Perform competency evaluations for nursing and HHA/PCA staff in accordance with regulatory requirements and agency policies. Perform patient visits, aide and nurse supervisory visits as needed or directed by management. Qualifications Graduate of an approved RN program BS in nursing from an accredited program, Masters Degree preferred Minimum 2 years of Homecare experience required Experience training clinical and HHA/PCA staff Pediatric experience a plus Certifications/Licenses Current CPR Certification Valid NYS RN License Skills & Abilities Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills Strong knowledge of vents, trachs, oxygen, feeding tubes, urinary catheters, ostomies, wounds, hoya lift, assistive devices. Strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word, TEAMS/Zoom. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Reliable transportation required Ability to lift over 20 lbs, move and carry medical equipment Why Join Us?
