Job Summary The Clinical Team Lead supports daily operations in an orthodontic practice by overseeing clinical functions, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support Assist chairside as needed; take x-rays, impressions, and photographs. Prepare and maintain instruments and equipment. Monitor clinical performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure team accountability. Support doctors with clinical decisions and communication. Education & Training Train and orient new staff. Provide ongoing education and ensure up-to-date knowledge of clinical trends. Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and in-house seminars. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in all clinical assisting duties and orthodontic procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Computer literacy (electronic treatment cards, Google Suite). Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Experience Minimum 2-5 years in orthodontic practice

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
