Job Description
Who We Are The Foundry Learning Center is a growing 1:1 ABA-based educational program located in Manhattan, serving children with autism and related developmental needs through highly individualized and collaborative support. Our custom-designed 15,000 sq. ft. facility was intentionally built to create an engaging, supportive, and innovative environment for both students and clinicians. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment recommendations Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support student success Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to ABA staff and RBTs Individualized instructional and behavioral programming based on student needs Participate in ongoing parent and team collaboration Complete approximately 10 hours/month of BCBA supervision for students receiving additional services, including insurance or compensatory education cases Supervision hours may be completed onsite, remotely, or within the community depending on student needs What You Bring BCBA certification required LBA preferred but not required Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills Experience working with children with autism and behavioral challenges preferred Ability to work within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Commitment to individualized and compassionate care What We Offer Benefits & Perks Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K with employer matching contributions 6+ weeks paid vacation Collaborative and highly supportive leadership team Beautiful custom-designed workspace in Manhattan Opportunities for continued professional growth and development Experience working with children with a wide range of clinical needs in one setting Work Environment Monday-Friday schedule School calendar schedule
