We are currently seeking driven, organized, and people-focused Site Managers to support operations within our Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Long Island clinic locations. Position Overview You will play a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations while delivering an exceptional patient and employee experience. You will oversee administrative workflows, team performance, clinic efficiency, and operational excellence across one or two assigned clinic locations. Primary Responsibilities Clinic Operations Oversee the daily operations of assigned clinic locations to ensure efficient workflows, excellent patient service, and compliance with company standards. Maintain clinic organization, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and supply inventory. Monitor patient flow and staff coordination to minimize delays and optimize clinic efficiency. Ensure operational procedures and workflows are followed consistently across assigned sites. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality patient care and smooth operations. Staff Leadership and Supervision Manage, coach, and support front office and clinical support staff within assigned clinics. Monitor attendance, scheduling, productivity, and overall staff performance. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new team members. Provide performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action when appropriate. Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture. Patient Experience Ensure patients receive professional, timely, and compassionate service throughout their visit. Address operational concerns, escalations, and service-related issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Support front desk operations and assist with patient concerns when necessary. Maintain a welcoming and patient-centered clinic environment. Administrative and Compliance Responsibilities Ensure clinic documentation, records, and administrative processes remain organized, secure, and compliant. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company operational standards. Assist leadership with reporting, operational tracking, and workflow improvement initiatives. Participate in meetings, leadership discussions, and operational planning sessions. Job Requirements Education Healthcare-related education or coursework preferred. BLS and CPR Certification preferred. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare operations, clinic supervision, office management, or team leadership strongly preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience handling staff supervision, scheduling, and operational coordination. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Gmail. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. Schedule Requirements Ability to work flexible schedules based on clinic operational needs, including weekends and holidays when required. Must be willing to work onsite and travel between assigned clinic locations within Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Long Island as needed.
