This position is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, personable, and experienced in dental front office operations. We are looking for a team member who can provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the practice. Requirements (Must Have): Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits Experience answering and managing a high volume of phone calls Familiarity with treatment scheduling and patient communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist patients professionally Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Collect copayments and balances Maintain accurate patient records Assist with treatment plan presentation and financial arrangements Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a periodontal, oral surgery, or specialty dental office Experience with Curve Dental or similar dental software Knowledge of PPO and Medicaid insurance plans
