Job Description:
Education/Experience Minimum Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing. At least 1 year experience in health care setting with evidence of having obtained proficiency in those areas emphasized in the Registered Nurse curriculum.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a walk in / primary care/ specialty care setting.
License/Certification Minimum Required:
Current NY State RN license. Documentation of current CPR certification required within 1 week of start of employment.
Preferred:
Current drivers license Work Environment Work is performed in an office environment that requires working in proximity to other employees and patients. The office is air conditioned as well as heated. Exposure to equipment cleaning solutions and disinfectants. Fastpaced environment including frequent interruptions. Frequent sitting, walking, standing and bending. Possibility of lifting of patients. Mobility may include access through a multilevel facility, including climbing stairs. PPE Eyewear, Masks, Face shields, Shoe covers, Gloves per UHS Infection Control and CDC guidelines when appropriate. Age of Patients Served All Age Groups HIPAA RolesBased Access to Patient Information Clinical Access to patient information that is not restricted (an example of restricted information is ARU) Level 3
