Clinical Supervisor - LCSW

Overview Pelham Together Counseling is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor to help lead our growing youth counseling program in Pelham, NY. This is a meaningful opportunity for an experienced LCSW who enjoys supervising graduate student clinicians, supporting youth and families, and helping build a community-based mental health program rooted in access, early intervention, and strong clinical care. Pelham Together Counseling provides short-term, no- to low-cost counseling for youth ages 4-22, while also serving as a supportive training site for graduate-level social work and mental health counseling interns. The Clinical Supervisor will provide individual and group supervision to a small team of graduate student clinicians, oversee clinical documentation and treatment planning, support intake and referral processes, and help ensure that youth and families receive ethical, developmentally appropriate care. The role also includes collaboration with graduate programs and occasional support for parent/youth groups or workshops. This position is a good fit for someone who is clinically experienced, organized, warm, collaborative, and excited by the chance to support both young people and the next generation of mental health professionals.

Qualifications:

LCSW with at least 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Interest in supervising and mentoring graduate student clinicians SIFI certification, or willingness to complete it Comfort with documentation, collaboration, and community-based care

Pay:

$70.00 per hour
