Pay Range:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Hours Available:
Monday-Friday [8:00am-4:30pm] | Saturday-Sunday [OFF], Some Flexibility Required Do you have a natural knack for organization and also looking to further your education in the Clinical field? Then Mountain Lake Services might be the place for you! We are offering a full-time Monday through Friday schedule for our Clinical Coordinator position located in Port Henry, NY.
What you get to do:
Includes but is not limited to the following. Oversee administrative support for the Clinical department including scheduling meetings, corresponding with external organizations, mailing and other tasks that arise. Provide administrative support to the Article 16 Clinicians as necessary and working in collaboration with the Article 16 staff to ensure processing of Clinic appointments is complete. Perform other related duties and activities assigned by the Senior Director of Clinical Services, Director of Clinical Services, or Assistant Director of Programs and Services.
Requirements:
EDUCATION
High School Diploma. It is preferred that interested applicants have a goal to enroll to further their education in the Clinical field.
EXPERIENCE
Related experience with scheduling and office work. Experience working in a clinical setting for at least a year is preferred Develop your skills in an environment rich with training opportunities and career advancement. Employees matter!
