Clinical Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking applicants for a full time Treatment Coordinator to work within an interdisciplinary treatment team on the adolescent units. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, case coordination, discharge planning, utilization management (managed care) issues, conducting group therapy sessions, engaging family members in treatment by maintaining close communication and gathering data, and interfacing with outpatient/community providers including school personnel. The successful candidate must hold a valid Limited Permit as a Mental Health Practitioner. Licensure in the State of New York as LMHC, LMSW or LCSW and two years post-master's clinical experience in individual, group and family therapies is preferred. Strong clinical skills and background experience in individual, group, and family therapy. A successful candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The schedule is 37.5hrs/week, Monday - Friday.
