Job Summary:
This position will report to the Manager of Patient Access at the downtown campus. Responsible for daily registration activity, registrar's accuracy, smooth patient flow and ensures registrar's quality in all aspects of the job.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree and 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in a hospital or health care-related setting) or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Prior supervisory experience, good communication skills, ability to coach and counsel employees, and ability to handle multiple priorities required. Certified Health Access Associate (CHAA) required•Candidates who do not currently possess CHAA will be required to obtain certification within 2 years of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in EPIC and good working knowledge of health insurance.
Work Days:
Primarily Monday- Friday 8:30a - 4:30p, weekends & holidays as needed. Message to
