Job Description

Finger Lakes Dental Care of Victor is an exceptional, fast paced dental office that provides the highest level of dentistry to each and every one of our valued patients. We pride ourselves on having the best dental team in the area, who enjoys coming to work and providing our patients with V.I.P. treatment. Some of the Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities are: Discussing treatment plans and financial options with our patients Collecting all fees the patient is responsible for paying. Providing estimates for presented treatments Practicing exceptional customer service and communication skills Our Treatment Coordinator believes in: Giving our patients their highest level of service every day. Standing behind all services we offer. Working with everyone on our team for a smooth and productive day. Having compassion for our patients and how they feel walking into a dental office. Continuing Education to evolve into a better version of themselves and teammates.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent One year experience in a dental office (preferred)
