Body Glow Spa is looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and sales-driven Patient Coordinator who is passionate about customer service, marketing, and helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. This is more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, convert leads into loyal clients, increase sales, and help grow the business through exceptional follow-up and marketing initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Relations Convert consultations and inquiries into booked appointments and treatment packages. Recommend services, memberships, and treatment plans based on each client's goals. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Upsell additional services, memberships, retail products, and packages. Build long-term relationships with clients to increase retention. Lead Follow-Up Contact new leads by phone, text, and email. Follow up with consultations that have not yet booked. Reactivate inactive clients. Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations and no-shows. Maintain consistent communication before and after treatments to ensure an outstanding client experience. Marketing & Business Development Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events. Help generate referrals and online reviews. Coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns. Support social media promotions and client engagement. Track marketing performance and help improve conversion rates. Patient Coordination Welcome clients with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars. Explain treatment plans, pricing, financing options, and memberships. Ensure patient charts and records are accurate. Coordinate with providers to deliver a seamless patient experience. Qualifications Previous experience in Medical Spa, Aesthetic, Cosmetic, Wellness, Healthcare, Luxury Retail, or Sales preferred. Strong sales and closing skills. Excellent communication and customer service. Organized and detail-oriented. Self-motivated and goal-driven. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM or booking software is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
