• $140,689 Full-time, permanent employment opportunity Stable weekday schedule (Monday-Friday) Leadership growth opportunity within an established healthcare environment Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume Chemistry Laboratory.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical laboratory expertise, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the Chemistry Laboratory Manage laboratory workflow, staffing, and overall operational efficiency Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and applicable laboratory quality standards Oversee quality control, proficiency testing, and regulatory documentation Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to support performance and development Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities Collaborate with laboratory leadership to improve processes and enhance patient care outcomes Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure timely and reliable reporting of test results

Qualifications Required:

Current Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) licensure/qualification Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Physical Sciences, or related field Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience Hands-on experience in Chemistry Laboratory operations Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards

Preferred:
