Front Desk Associate/ Patient Experience Coordinator

Patient Experience Coordinator (Front Desk) Health & Wellness Clinic - Ada, Ohio Proud to be a part of The Wellness Way ! We're not a typical chiropractor's office. We are a health restoration and chiropractic clinic focused on helping people take back control of their health—and the front desk plays a critical role in that mission. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience Answering phones and helping patients schedule care Managing and responding to daily emails Coordinating supplement orders and shipping Checking patients in and out, and handling payments via our software system Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly Supporting the team with daily behind-the-scenes operations Problem-solving as situations arise Ensuring all processes align with The Wellness Way standards Other duties as assigned You'll need to: Handle interruptions without losing focus Communicate clearly and confidently Stay organized, even when things get busy Who You Are This role is not for everyone. End times may vary slightly based on scheduling and daily needs. Occasional extended evening hours or limited weekend hours may be available but are not required.
