Chief Clinical Officer-Jefferson Co

PsychPros is currently partnering with a large non-profit in the Jefferson County (OH) area seeking a Chief Operating Officer-with independent clinical licensure in social work/counseling. In this position you will be working with a vibrant team of professionals with the focus of the position being to lead a team of clinical staff as they deliver services to the area.

Primary duties include:

Provide clinical supervision under licensure rules. Initiate changes to services to comply with established budgets of same services. Provide supervision for non-clinical staff (administration) Plan, implement, and monitor financial income and expense statements for assigned services to achieve the agreed upon product contribution each fiscal year. Initiate changes to services to comply with established budgets of assigned services. Authorize expenses of items and services within defined limits and established empowerment levels.

Requirements include:
