- A supportive and flexible work environment Your Role as Clinical Director The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical leadership, operational performance, and measurable program outcomes.
This role sets standards for care delivery, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives productivity, staff development, and program growth. You will serve as both a clinical expert and performance leader, accountable for achieving defined KPIs across supervision, productivity, compliance, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Development:
Supervise case managers and therapists, providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and evaluations while leading recruitment and onboarding.
Clinical Excellence:
Provide therapy and initial assessments and coverage as needed.
Ensure Quality & Compliance:
Oversee documentation accuracy and timeliness; maintain compliance with Medicaid, Joint Commission, CMS, and ODBH standards; conduct audits and corrective actions.
Manage Performance & Productivity:
Monitor staff productivity and documentation compliance; report key metrics to leadership.
Oversee Programs & Systems:
Implement evidence-based practices, drive performance improvement initiatives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure alignment with CBHC strategy. What We're Looking For ✔
Education & Licensure:
Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC), Psychology, or a closely related fieldfrom an accredited institution, with an active LISW-S or LPCC-S license in Ohio . ✔
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a behavioral health management or leadership role with demonstrable experience in financial planning. ✔
Technical Proficiency:
Excellent computer skills, including Excel and EMR documentation. ✔
Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with outcome measurement, performance improvement, and compliance with healthcare accreditation standards. ✔
Collaboration & Communication:
Ability to lead, mentor, and work effectively with staff, community partners, and diverse client populations. ✔ Commitment to
