Now, we are building something entirely new. Architectural Vines is a multi-building vineyard and hospitality destination currently under development, featuring: Winery & Café Event & Wedding Venue Greenhouse Vacation Rentals Extensive landscape & hardscape features This is a ground-up build—designed with the same level of detail, craftsmanship, and creativity that defines our work. Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on construction professional to join our team as a Crew Lead. This role is primarily focused on working in the field —building, installing, problem-solving, and helping move the project forward each day. While this position includes light crew coordination , the primary responsibility is execution. You'll be someone who leads by example and can step in to guide the team when ownership is not on-site. What You'll Do Perform hands-on construction work across a variety of project types Assist with installation, framing, finish work, and general site tasks Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate execution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Coordinate day-to-day tasks with team members as needed Help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule Communicate progress and on-site needs with ownership Team & Site Support Provide direction to small crews when needed Help coordinate subcontractors on-site (as applicable) Ensure work is completed with attention to quality and detail Step into a leadership role when ownership is off-site What We're Looking For 3-7+ years of hands-on construction experience Experience in commercial or high-end residential projects preferred Strong working knowledge of general construction (carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing, etc.) Ability to read and work from blueprints Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of their work Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working both independently and with a team Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs Why This Role Is Unique This isn't a typical construction job.
