Strong Clinical Team Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 129-bed skilled nursing facility located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (Montgomery suburb). This is a well-established building with a current census of approximately 112 residents and strong clinical programming, including ventilator services and a dedicated dementia unit. Facility:

129-bed skilled nursing facility Ventilator unit providing both invasive and non-invasive respiratory care Dedicated dementia care unit On-site 24-hour respiratory therapy staff Strong interdisciplinary clinical support team Stable operations with opportunity for continued growth and quality improvement

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the facility Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead and support clinical, administrative, and support teams Drive quality outcomes, census management, and financial performance Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care Collaborate closely with clinical leadership including respiratory and nursing teams

What We're Looking For:

Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred Strong organizational, budgeting, and operational skills Ability to lead in a high-acuity environment (vent/dementia care experience a plus) Passion for quality care and team development
