Part-Time Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight, clinical guidance, and supervision across behavioral health programs serving children, adolescents, and families. This role ensures that services are delivered in compliance with applicable state regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies while maintaining high-quality, client-centered care. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supporting staff development, reviewing and approving clinical documentation, and promoting effective, evidence-based practices across programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to licensed staff, including mental health therapists and in accordance with Ohio licensing board requirements Review, approve, and monitor clinical documentation, including diagnostic evaluations (DEs), individualized treatment plans (ITPs), progress notes, and updates Complete or assist with DEs and ITP updates as needed to support program operations Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), licensing board standards, and accreditation requirements (e.g., CARF) Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of care Support staff in implementing evidence-based practices, interventions, and trauma-informed approaches Provide coaching and guidance on clinical decision-making, crisis intervention, and client engagement strategies Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of staff Lead or participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and interdisciplinary team discussions Collaborate with internal teams, families, schools, and community partners to ensure coordinated care Monitor program performance, client outcomes, and support quality improvement initiatives Assist in addressing staffing needs, workflow challenges, and client concerns across programs Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and adherence to all agency policies Qualifications Active Ohio licensure required: LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-S
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health (children/adolescents preferred) Supervisory experience strongly preferred Knowledge of Medicaid billing, documentation standards, and compliance requirements Familiarity with CARF or other accreditation standards preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple programs and locations Proficiency in EHR systems Valid Ohio driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required Preferred Skills Experience supervising mental health therapists and community-based services Strong documentation review and auditing skills Ability to balance administrative oversight with clinical support Comfortable providing feedback, coaching, and corrective guidance Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care Work Environment Office and community-based program settings Job Type:
