Job Description
The director will work at our women's outpatient facility in Columbus, Ohio! Oversees clinical staff to facilitate groups and any other clinical treatment service that is offered. Develops, directs, supervises, and evaluates all aspects of clinical care and treatment in the agency. Provides planning of future client services and implementation as needed. Monitors agency clinical policies and procedures for all programming to ensure compliance with requirements of various funders and applicable laws. Evaluates the performance of the clinical team on an annual basis. Signs off on all annual performance evaluations. Provides signature approval on clinical staff time sheets, requests for time off, continuing education/workshops, check requests, and travel expenses. Ensures regular reviews of individual client records are conducted to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards. Provides clinical services as needed. Other duties as requested.
