We are a privately-owned, close-knit dental group with three offices. Our ideal candidate would be someone with a calm, positive, and friendly demeanor who is skilled and hardworking. Ideally someone with experience in posting claims, reading EOBs, and with balancing our aging reports. Someone who can adapt and multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere to provide top of the line care to our wonderful patient base. If you have prior managerial or dental experience, this is a great opportunity to work with a team who aspires to continually grow; both professionally and personally. Job duties of the position include managing the office schedule, welcoming patients, coordinating treatment, and handling accounts and insurance information. Our dentists are highly skilled, and promote a warm, welcoming learning environment that supports our team. We are a fully digital office, with all the modern amenities that the dental world has to offer, with the support and comprehensive training to match. We provide flexible schedules and hours. We are open 5 days a week, with no weekend or evening hours. We value a healthy work-life balance for all.
