Job Description Project Leadership & Safety:
Champion comprehensive project execution while cultivating a proactive, zero-incident safety culture across the jobsited.
Procurement & Bid Management:
Strategically oversee the development of bid packages and manage the complete subcontractor procurement lifecycle.
Subcontractor Management:
Facilitate and drive accountability during subcontractor meetings to ensure alignment with schedule, quality, and project milestones.
Financial Oversight & Cash Flow:
Audit and approve invoices, draw requests, and project documentation to guarantee seamless and timely funding.
Cost Control & Risk Mitigation:
Spearhead cost reporting, contract administration, and scope revisions to safeguard project profitability and financial health.
Contract Negotiations:
Act as the primary corporate representative in high-level subcontract negotiations to secure optimal terms, risk allocation, and pricing. The Successful Applicant Proven Track Record:
5+ years of progressive experience in Construction Project Management, with a demonstrated history of delivering complex commercial builds.
Healthcare & Compliance Expertise:
Deep sector knowledge in healthcare construction, including a strong grasp of hospital environments, infection control (ICRA) protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Technical & Trade Acumen:
Advanced understanding of modern construction technologies, field operations, and MEP/skilled trade sequencing.
Document Mastery:
Expert ability to analyze, interpret, and cross-reference comprehensive construction documents, architectural drawings, and specifications.
Stakeholder Relations:
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with field crews, clients, and executive stakeholders alike. What's on Offer Base salary: $115,000
  • 150,000 (DOE).
Bonus:
$12,500
  • 20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
