Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor acts as a representative of treatment staff and ensures staffing and scheduling of the staff. Capable of role modeling to the clients and staff. Helps to maintain a strong clinical program. Works together with staff to effectively meet the needs of the clients. Maintains positive relationships with clients and staff. Completes required trainings and mandatory training hours. Possess strong skills in pediatric mental health treatment and maintains a working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing and CARF regulations.
Job Duties:
  • Supervises clinicians and other providers, providing regular supervision, ongoing feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Orients, trains, interviews, and assists with hiring new staff.
  • Manages staffing schedules, coverage, and program-wide absences or vacancies.
  • Monitors employee performance, disciplinary documentation, and professionalism standards.
  • Ensures completion of daily clinical documentation and program quality/performance indicators.
  • Communicates effectively with staff through verbal and written channels.
  • Coordinates trainings, meetings, recreation, and other program activities.
  • Maintains a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
  • Evaluates client behavioral and emotional needs and provides clinical input.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, ethical decision-making, flexibility, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of Kids Thrive.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
